RETURNS + REPLACEMENTS
Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are considered final once production has begun.
Due to the bespoke, limited-quantity, and made-to-order nature of our work, Alchemy District /Brooklyn does not accept general returns or exchanges at this time.
Each Alchemy District piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in-house in small batches or made to order. Our candles are hand-poured using our proprietary fragrance and wax blends, and many elements of our process—from vessel engraving to concrete vessel production to custom packaging—are created entirely by hand. Every order is individually created, inspected, and documented with great care before it leaves our studio.
While rare, we understand that, on occasion, items may be damaged during transit or an error may occur. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us promptly so we can assist at:

To be eligible for a replacement, the following must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery:
- Your order number and a brief description of the issue;
- Clear photographic documentation of the damage or error; and
- All original packaging, contents, and shipping materials.
Please do not discard any packaging or contents until your order has been fully inspected and your claim has been reviewed. Replacement approvals are handled on a case-by-case basis and remain at our discretion. If approved, we may require the return of the original item in its original packaging.
